I wonder who has ever heard such definition. Just about everybody uses petrol stations but not everybody has had the idea. The amount of tax due may be reduced, e.g. by leasing modern cars. And if you have no other way and you cannot save on fuel, you can look for savings at other places, e.g. in costs of consulting or training and benefit from free training.
